I’ve always said that I am much older than I really feel. I’m a good two years ahead than how I think I actually am. I feel awkward around my peers, less sophisticated than what my age suggests, less mature than I ought to be. I’ve always had “the ugly duckling syndrome,” only I seem to be perpetually stuck at “duckling.”
